Dispute Resolution Policy

1. When to Raise a Dispute
If you are not satisfied with the completed work, you may raise a dispute within the 14-day review period after the expert marks the task as complete.
2. How to Raise a Dispute
- Go to the task detail page
- Click the "Raise Dispute" button
- Provide a clear explanation of the issue
- Attach any supporting evidence (screenshots, messages, files)
3. What Happens Next
Once a dispute is raised:
- The payment is immediately frozen and held securely in EscrowSource's holding account
- The dispute will be manually reviewed by our team
- Both parties may be asked to provide additional evidence
- You will receive a decision within 1–7 business days from the date the dispute is submitted
4. Decision Outcomes
EscrowSource may decide to:
- Release the full payment to the expert
- Refund the full payment to the buyer
- Release a partial payment to the expert with the remainder refunded to the buyer
5. Finality of Decisions
All decisions made by EscrowSource regarding disputes are final and binding. No further appeals will be considered.
