Your funds are held securely in escrow. Once the expert submits their work, you have 14 days to approve the release or open a dispute. If no action is taken within 14 days, funds are automatically released to the expert.
A 5% service fee is charged to the platform for payment processing. The expert's 8% research fee only applies if the expert has done work on your task — if both parties agree no work was done, no research fee is charged.
