An 8% research fee and a 3% service fee apply regardless of whether the task is completed, so make sure the expert is a good fit before accepting the offer.
Funds remain in escrow before the task is completed. Once the expert marks the task as complete and submits supporting evidence, the buyer has 14 days to: approve the work, request revisions, or raise a dispute. If no action is taken, a final reminder will be sent and the buyer will have an additional 7 days to respond. If there is still no response after 21 days, the funds will be automatically released to the expert.
